Information
Shipping is the most important part of the eCommerce business. Our Shipping Rate Per Product Shopify App enables you to create a flexible shipping method, allowing custom rates for individual products or applying default global rates across your store.
This app also lets you set shipping costs for entire orders by defining minimum and maximum rates based on the items in the cart.
For simplified multi-item shipping, you can apply a flat shipping cost per item of the same product or calculate shipping for a single item, regardless of the quantity in the cart.
Additionally, the app includes the ability to Set country-specific shipping rates and restrict shipping to specific countries, ensuring compliance with your shipping strategy.
This app is designed to enhance flexibility and provide a seamless experience for both merchants and customers.

Settings
These are the app settings where you can effortlessly configure your custom shipping methods with a range of options.
Enable Shipping Method
Use this setting to enable or disable your shipping method.
This feature will register the app's custom shipping carrier service in Shopify. This enables you to set custom shipping rates and display them on the checkout page.
To use the Shipping Rate Per Product feature, Please make sure that the app's shipping carrier rates are attached to all necessary shipping zones. please go to the Shopify Store Settings to attach the missing carrier rates.
Manual add “CI Shipping Price Per Product (Rates provided by app)” in your Shipping Zones
Step 1
Go to Shopify Store Settings
> Shipping and delivery
and click on the General shipping rates
.
Step 2
Go to the Shipping zones
you want to add the CCS rate, then click onAdd rate
.
Step 3
Select Rate type
as “Use carrier or app to calculate rates” and on the second drop down choose “CI Shipping Price Per Product (Rates provided by app)” and click “Done”
to save..
Step 4
Repeat the same steps 1 to 3 for all other Shipping Zones in your shipping profile.
Shipping Method Title & Description
Use this setting field to customize the title and description of your shipping method. By default, the title is set to "CI Flat Rate," and the description is "Ships next day".
Your shipping method will be displayed to customers on the checkout page.
Enable Default Rate
Use this setting field to enable or disable your store's default shipping rate. You can also set a default rate per product, which will apply to all products without an assigned shipping rate.
If the Default Rate is disabled, a shipping rate of 0 will be applied to all products that do not have a specific shipping rate assigned.
Handling Fee
Use this setting field to specify the handling fee for your shipping method. This fee is optional and can be set to 0.00 if not needed.
Calculate Each Item Individual
Use this setting field to calculate the shipping rate individually per product or for entire orders by defining minimum and maximum rates based on the items in the cart.
If set to 'Yes,' the shipping rate will be calculated per item in the cart. Additionally, you can enable the Multiple Qty option to multiply the shipping rate by the quantity of items.
If set to 'No,' the shipping rate will be calculated per order based on with the Min / Max configuration.
If set to 'Min', shipping rate will be the lowest shipping value from all items in the cart. If set to 'Max', shipping rate will be the highest shipping value from all items in the cart.
Enable Free Shipping
Use this setting field to enable or disable free shipping based on the order total.
Shipping to Applicable Countries
Use this setting field to define the regions where this shipping method is available. By default, it is set to "All Countries," but you can select specific countries using the "Shipping to Specific Countries" setting field.

Configure Shipping Rate Per Product
This page allows you to configure the shipping rate for individual products with country-specific shipping rates, enabling precise control over shipping costs.
Search Products by Title
Use the search bar to quickly locate products by their title.
Set Rate Per Product
For each selected product, enter the specific shipping rate in the "Shipping Rate" field.
The system automatically saves changes once you stop typing. A visual indicator shows whether you are currently typing, saving, or when changes have been successfully saved.
Set Rate Per Product Per Countries
You can configure detailed country-specific shipping rates for individual products, enabling you to customize shipping costs for each country. This flexibility allows you to optimize your shipping strategy, ensure precise pricing, and better align with your business objectives across various regions.
Set product-wise free shipping by entering zero in the shipping rate field.
Shipping Method Applied at Checkout
When a customer adds items to their cart and proceeds to checkout, the applicable shipping rates will be automatically applied according to the product-specific or default rates previously set.
