Information

The CI Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee is designed to help merchants have to manage and monetize COD payment options effectively. Many customers prefer the convenience of paying cash on delivery, but it often involves additional handling. This app allows you to fee as a custom COD fee seamlessly during checkout, helping with the COD shipping method and recovering those costs while keeping the buying experience transparent. This app gives you full control, without needing any custom code.

Settings

Enable App

Enable for Cash on Delivery COD Fee app.

To make CI - Cash on Delivery COD Fee work properly on your storefront, app must be enabled. Click on the Enable button.

Link Method

Select Payment Method and Shipping Method which you want to hide with no link.

If do you want to add fees as Cash on Delivery then you can select Yes for link the COD Payment with Shipping.

When shipping method selected and link Yes then all shipping method hide except Cash on Delivery as above screenshot.

Apply an Additional Limit

You can use additional limit for Cart Total, By Produtcs, By Discount and By Location.

1. With select Don't add a limit works this app without any limitation.
2. With select Set an additional limit works this app with limitation as your needs.

Apply By Cart Total

When link Yes with set an additional limit Apply By Cart Total.

• You can set the minimum/maximum value on cart total.
• When minimum amount value set 499 INR:
  • Above 499 INR:
    • Selected(from admin setting) Shipping Method and selected(from admin setting) Payment Method both are hide.
  • Below 499 INR:
    • Only Selected(from admin setting) Payment Method hide when select other shipping method.
    • When Selected(from admin setting) Shipping Method select(from frontend) then show only selected(from admin setting) Payment Method and other all methods are hide.

Apply By Products

When link Yes with set an additional limit Apply By Products.

• You can select products from specific products/collection.
• Selected Products are in the cart:
  • Selected(from admin setting) Shipping Method and selected(from admin setting) Payment Method both are hide.
• Other Products are in the cart:
  • Only Selected(from admin setting) Payment Method hide when select other shipping method.
  • When Selected(from admin setting) Shipping Method select(from frontend) then show only selected(from admin setting) Payment Method and other all methods are hide.

Apply By Discount

When link Yes with set an additional limit Apply By Discount.

• You can hide the COD when applied discount.
• If you choose Hide COD when any discount applied then selected(from admin setting) Shipping Method and selected(from admin setting) Payment Method both are hide.

• You can hide the COD when applied discount amount.
• Hide COD based on discount amount:
  • If condition is match then selected(from admin setting) Shipping Method and selected(from admin setting) Payment Method both are hide.
  • If condition is not match then only Selected(from admin setting) Payment Method hide when select other shipping method.
  • If condition is not match and selected(from admin setting) Shipping Method select(from frontend) then show only selected(from admin setting) Payment Method and other all methods are hide.

Apply By Location

When link Yes with set an additional limit Apply By Location using Country, State/Province and Zip/Postal Code.

• When country/zipcode limitation is match then selected(from admin setting) Shipping Method and selected(from admin setting) Payment Method both are hide.
• When country/zipcode limitation is not match then only selected(from admin setting) Payment method hide and when selected(from admin setting) Shipping Method select(from frontend) then show only selected(from admin setting) Payment Method and other all methods are hide.
